The Leonardo Trust in Broadstone that helps carers: anyone looking after a friend or relative in their home.
South West Girl Guides who are taking a group of Guides to Ghana in July 2020 to encourage Girls there to go to school and get a valuable education. One of the girls going is Louise's daughter Alex Trew.

An opportunity to attend this Nationally recognised evidence-based course to help you with your back health. Suitable for those with back pain past or present. The trials were funded by Arthritis Research UK. The course has proven results all over the country.
The 12 week course, including all the resources of book, CD and handouts is £215 and can be paid in 3 instalments of £49 for resources then £75 on 1st class and £75 on 7th class. This equates to £12.50 per class. Other payment plans available if required.
Spaces are strictly limited to ensure small classes and personal attention.
You may be able to claim the cost from health insurance or your employer as part of a back to work scheme, or get time off work as you would with physio or chiropractor sessions.
Louise Trew is a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma teacher (500 hours over 3 years) with extra trainings and specialisms in Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga for Healthy Backs, Mindfulness Meditation, Osteoporosis and Ankylosing Spondilitis.
• The stretches, breathing techniques and relaxations are 'evidence based' at York University, funded by Arthritis Research UK.
