AUGUST JOYBOOST - LAUGHTER YOGA

WITH CAROLINE CARR OF 'FIND YOUR OOMPH.COM'

SATURDAY 11 AUGUST 2018: 

2PM-3.30PM

This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with your inner sparkle through laughter, lightheartedness and fun. You'll leave feeling wonderful - buzzing and full of bounce, refreshed and rested, with a smile on your face!

 

Caroline works powerfully with people in a range of situations, inspiring them to find and stay connected to their Oomph-energy and sparkle, and to speak with confidence, ease, passion and drive. Her work has been described as 'soul-nourishing'.

She has been a hypnotherapist and life coach for years, and is the author of several books on mental health and women's health. Caroline is the embodiment of Oomph, known for her infectious laughter and, amongst other things, her penchant for home made cake.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS

Easy wasy of incorporating mindfulness into your day:

PILATES - REGULAR CLASSES - bookings only

 

THURSDAYS - 5-6pm This class runs as 8 week courses £64

 

Modified Physio Pilates.  Classes taught by a Physiotherapist Emma Bell (see Teacher page) to help manage back pain, osteoarthritis, rehab after surgery, sports injury and post natal. All abilities welcome.

YOGA RETREAT DAYS WITH KELLY AND LOUISE

 

A day of yoga with both flow and restorative yoga sessions, meditation, a walk and deep relaxation and a nourishing catered vegetarian buffet. Time out for body and soul.
