• Learn lifelong skills to improve comfort, health and well-being in this specially modified yoga course to provide you with postural improvements, mental focus and relaxation.

The course, including all the resources of book, CD and handouts is £225 and can be paid in 3 instalments of £75: on booking, on 1st class and on 7th class.

PREGNANCY YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

6x Sundays 9.30am to 5pm.
A comprehensive and creative course with hard work and lots of fun! You are encouraged to develop your own style within safe and comfortable parameters.
This is an in-depth course which prepares yoga teachers to teach specialised pregnancy yoga classes. The aim is to promote the safe teaching of yoga during pregnancy at all times while equipping teachers with the information and confidence to develop an individual approach.
