I started practicing yoga in 2008. I am passionate about sharing yoga with others.
My Hatha classes are open to all, are themed & focus on breath and alignment in order to find steadiness in mind and body.
My Jivamukti yoga classes are in Vinyasa style where the poses flow and are coordinated by the breath. The classes are dynamic and you will often break a sweat, they incorporate Yogic philosophy, chanting, pranayama, meditation, & hands on adjustment with inspiring music.
