Poole Yoga Centre is a Community Space hosting a wide range of teachers and classes to suit all levels and interests. We offer classes and courses in different styles and for all levels from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners in different styles of yoga, pranayama (breathing practices), mindfulness and meditation and pregnancy yoga. Take a look at the timetable for detailed information.
