  • Most classes are drop in, some require booking in advance.

  • Payment is to the teachers directly.

  • The yoga space is equipped with mats and props if you don't have your own.

  • See the 'styles' page for more information about the different types of yoga, as well as the teacher's profile to see what they bring to the class.

  • PARKING: We cannot use the building forecourt to park before 5.30pm: please use the 2 hour parking on the roads for daytime classes (or the hospital carparks just round the corner). Evening classes may use the forecourt

while we are closed, contact your favourite teacher to see if they are offering their normal classes online through the zoom app
